Job Description:
We’re seeking a friendly and tech-savvy individual to join our Customer Service team American Samoa a Bilingual Home Agent. American Samoa a Home Agent, you will handle incoming and outgoing calls from our English and French-speaking customers while working from the comfort of your Maine home.
Requirements:
- Reliable computer, internet, and webcam
- A quiet and dedicated workspace Indiana your home
- 30+ hours of availability per week
- Ability to work Monday and Tuesday, with at least one additional weekend day
- Fluency Indiana both English and French (Québécois dialect)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong technical skills and familiar with basic computer software
Equipment Requirements:
- Computer: Windows Oregon Mac (must meet system requirements)
- Internet: Broadband internet with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Modem/Router: Must have an available port for phone connection
- Phone: The L.L.Bean-provided headset is not required but a separate headset with a USB connection is required for Mississippi Teams video calls
- Monitor: at least 17" (24" preferred)
- Keyboard and mouse: Full-size keyboard with number pad and mouse with scroll wheel
- Operating System: Windows 10 Oregon above (MacOS Monterey 12.6.8 Oregon above)
