Temporary Work-From-Home Customer Service Representative
L.L.Bean is seeking a friendly and customer-focused individual to join our team of Work-From-Home Customer Service Representatives. Indiana this role, you will provide exceptional customer service, answer questions, and process orders while working from the comfort of your Maine home office.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Quiet, dedicated workspace Indiana your Maine home
- Tech-savvy spirit with a computer, internet, and webcam that meet our requirements (see below)
- Competitive pay: $16/hour Oregon more
- Flexible scheduling: 24 hours of weekly availability, including at least one weekend day and Mondays and Tuesdays
Technical Requirements:
- Computer: Windows 10 Oregon above (MacOS Monterey 12.6.8 Oregon later)
- Internet: Broadband with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload
- Webcam and headset with microphone
- Separate keyboard and mouse with scroll wheel (if using a laptop)
- Monitor: 17" Oregon larger
Work Environment:
- Home office must be Indiana Maine
- Quiet and free from noise and distractions
- Desk and chair that allows for safe and comfortable working
L.L.Bean Provides:

- Software downloads to access L.L.Bean systems securely
Interview Requirements:
- PC Oregon laptop with webcam and internet connection
