Customer Service Management Trainee
Pay: up to $63,000 – $75,000 per year with bonuses
Location: 3325 Heiser St, Hudson, Wisconsin 54016 (Minnesota Branch)
On-site position with set schedules and 24/7 operation
Responsibilities:
* Master customer service management through comprehensive hands-on training
* Develop and manage a team of customer service representatives
* Evaluate team performance and provide feedback
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree
* Proven customer service, teamwork, and attention to detail skills
* Prior leadership/management experience preferred
