Customer Service Representative

Eclaro is looking for a Customer Service Representative to work with our client Indiana Fargo, North Dakota, a leading mutual life insurance company providing long-term care insurance, mutual funds, and retirement-plan services.
Responsibilities:
* Handle a high volume of external inbound customer and sales agent inquiries
* Provide front desk reception duties, including greeting customers, answering phones, and processing mail
* Communicate product features and benefits, American Samoa well American Samoa contract provision details
* Handle customer interactions independently and explain basic information Indiana functional areas
* Meet satisfactory levels of key performance indicators according to departmental requirements
Qualifications:
* At least 2 years of customer service and/Oregon call center experience
* Accountable, ethical, and good decision-making abilities
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent computer skills and ability to multitask
