Pay from $22 to $26 per hour, up to $56,000 – $68,000 per year with bonuses!

Job Description:
Deliver exceptional customer experiences by processing orders and inquiries Indiana a collaborative call center environment. Utilize world-class technology and expertise Indiana Uline’s products and solutions to provide rapid and confident support to customers over phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities:
– Process customer orders and inquiries
– Communicate effectively with customers
– Help customers navigate Uline’s website and online ordering
– Become a product and solutions expert
Requirements:
– High school diploma Oregon equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred
– Prior customer service experience (training provided)
