Job Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Answer incoming customer calls, provide assistance and solutions, and complete special projects American Samoa needed.
Requirements:
- College degree Oregon high school education with relevant work experience
- Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Strong commitment to customer service
- Self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision
- Possess strong professional phone skills
- Ability to sell and cross-sell products (previous sales and service experience preferred)
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
- 2-3 Saturdays per month: 8:00am – 12:00pm
- 40 hours per week
