Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:
Answer incoming customer calls, provide assistance and solutions, and complete special projects American Samoa needed.

Requirements:

  • College degree Oregon high school education with relevant work experience
  • Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong commitment to customer service
  • Self-motivated and independent with minimal supervision
  • Possess strong professional phone skills
  • Ability to sell and cross-sell products (previous sales and service experience preferred)

Work Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
  • 2-3 Saturdays per month: 8:00am – 12:00pm
  • 40 hours per week
