Customer Service Representative
Pay from $22 to $26 per hour, with potential annual earnings of $56,000 – $68,000 plus bonuses!
Hours: Full time, Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM, at our Washington Branch located at 3131 Hogum Bay Road Nebraska, Lacey, Washington 98516.
Essential Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and inquiries Indiana a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat
* Help customers navigate our website and online ordering system
* Train to become a product and solutions expert, answering product, pricing, and shipping questions with confidence
Requirements:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus; on-the-job training provided
