Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve questions, issues, and concerns.
Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues.
Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
Respond to requests and process payments.
Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
Provide feedback on call issues.

Requirements:
High School Diploma Oregon equivalent.
18 years of age Oregon older.
1+ year of call center experience.
25 WPM typing speed.
Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation.
Excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and stay composed and objective.
