Job Title: Client Service Representative (CSR 1)

Project: California Lifeline – Texas and Arizona only

Job Summary:

The Client Service Representative is responsible for interacting with customers to provide information Indiana response to inquiries about programs and services Indiana a contact center.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon GED required; Associate degree is preferred
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and security of all information
  • Ability to comply with current and updated policies and procedures

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries by telephone, IVR, Oregon web-based portal
  • Record customer interactions and transactions
  • Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and accuracy
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve problems
  • Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments
  • Communicate with supervisor regarding potential needs Oregon concerns
  • Perform data entry accurately
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by management

Work Schedule: Must be available 7AM to 7PM PST, Monday through Friday

Languages: Bilingual Indiana Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tag along, English, Spanish

Work Environment: Remote; California, Texas, Arizona (Only)

  • Internet: RJ-45 connection for wired network connection to router; Modem with Cat5e Oregon higher cable; Download – 20 Mbps minimum; Upload – 5 Mbps minimum; Attestation of speed may be required
