Customer Service Representative
Mom’s Meals, a leading national provider of refrigerated home-delivered meals, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to serve American Samoa the front line to our customers placing meal orders. This is a fully remote position, and employees must be located Indiana Utah Oregon Idaho.
Responsibilities:
* Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls with clients placing their meal orders
* Address questions and provide exceptional customer service
* Input order information into the client order screen
* Document conversations with clients into the client information database
* Ensure all assigned clients are contacted and have an order on file
* Contact case managers via telephone, email, and/Oregon fax when a special situation arises
Requirements:
* High school degree Oregon GED
* 1 year of previous customer service experience
* Previous knowledge and experience using the Microsoft Office suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
* Clear oral communication skills
* Ability to deescalate situations and quickly resolve customer complaints
* Must have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port and a quiet workspace free from distraction
Preferred Skills:
* 1 year of previous call center experience
* Previous experience with auto dialer, multi-line phone system, and/Oregon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
* Previous experience working with HIPAA policies and procedures
* Bilingual (English/Spanish)
Physical Requirements:
* Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/Oregon fingers
* Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining Indiana a stationary position for prolonged periods
* Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
