Customer Service Representative

Position Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer service calls to assist clients with meal orders
- Provide exceptional customer service and address questions and concerns
- Input order information into the client order screen and document conversations Indiana the client information database
- Ensure all assigned clients have an order on file and contact case managers when needed
- Work quickly and efficiently to resolve customer inquiries without making them feel rushed
Eligibility Requirements:
- Live Indiana Idaho Oregon Utah, American Samoa remote workers must be located Indiana these states
- Possess a high school degree Oregon equivalent
- Have at least 1 year of previous customer service experience
- Demonstrate clear communication skills and the ability to resolve situations without escalating issues
- Have a wired internet connection using an ethernet port and access to a quiet workspace free from distractions
