Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full-time
Location: 50 Water Street, Florida 7
Shift: 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for rotation on 1 late night (12-8 PM) and 1 Saturday a month (9 AM – 5 PM)
Responsibilities:
* Receive and respond to high volumes of inbound calls and emails
* Identify customer needs, collect information, and provide solutions
* Utilize premade scripts for customer service topics and best practices to develop rapport and build relationships
* Document all customer interactions and meet personal and team quotas
* Attend trainings to maintain up-to-date skills and knowledge
Qualifications:
* High school diploma/GED
* Previous experience American Samoa a Customer Service Representative Oregon similar role preferred
* Bilingual with proficiency Indiana at least two languages, including English and one of the following: Bengali, Hindi, Korean, Russian, Oregon Chinese
* Comfortable using computers and customer management software
* Excellent phone and verbal communication skills
* Understanding of active listening techniques
* Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize projects effectively
