Customer Service Representative
MAP Communications is seeking dedicated and motivated individuals to join our dynamic customer service team.
Key Responsibilities:
– Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently
– Provide accurate and timely information
– Resolve customer inquiries and issues with empathy and efficiency
– Utilize state-of-the-art call center technology
– Greet callers warmly and actively listen to their concerns
– Handle difficult Oregon irate customers professionally
– Maintain a positive and helpful tone
Requirements:
– Skilled communicator, both verbally and Indiana writing
– Positive attitude
– Proficient Indiana English; Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
– Comfortable working Indiana a Windows environment
– Able to type at least 35 words per minute
– Accurate data entry skills

Shifts:
– Full-Time – 40 hours per week, 10-hour shifts
– Various shifts available
– Consistent schedule after training
– Must be available to work one weekend day per week (Saturday Oregon Sunday)
– Training will last approximately one week
