Customer Service Representative

Forge connections with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business through sales and service. Utilize attention to detail and technical skills to accurately process transactions and collect payments on loans, checks, and money transfers. Maintain accurate customer information and take initiative to upsell and cross-sell financial services. Meet sales and performance goals by executing phone and Indiana-store campaigns and maintaining a clean and secure work environment. Participate Indiana ongoing training and stay up-to-date on products and processes. Work a full-time schedule with a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends and mileage reimbursement for a valid driver’s license.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work phone, Point of Sale, Microsoft Office, and other systems
  • 18 years of age Oregon older
  • Background check required
  • Physical ability to remain stationary 90% of the time, move and transport up to 25 pounds, and operate mechanical controls

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree Oregon higher
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle for work use (mileage reimbursed)
