Job Summary
We are seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will provide remote support to Arizona clients via telephone, handling inquiries and concerns Indiana both English and Spanish. The ideal candidate will be fluent Indiana Spanish and English, have strong typing skills and critical thinking abilities, and experience working Indiana a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and handle general information calls from Arizona clients
- Review and enter information into the board’s database systems
- communicate effectively Indiana both English and Spanish
Requirements
- Fluency Indiana Spanish and English, with excellent writing and communication skills
- Minimum 45 wpm typing speed
- Prior experience Indiana a call center environment with high call volumes and tight time constraints
- Familiarity with Google Suite applications
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual experience Indiana an English-Spanish speaking environment
- Knowledge of basic data entry and record-keeping procedures
