Customer Service Representative
Job Summary:
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by answering customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing support for order entries and deliveries. Supports the company’s mission to satisfy and accommodate customers by effectively communicating, collaborating, and maintaining professional relationships with customers, vendors, and coworkers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Effectively communicate with customers through phone, email, Oregon other electronic means to resolve inquiries and feedback
- Process telephone orders, work with customers and sales associates to manage deliveries, and evaluate customer orders and requests
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Perform other related duties American Samoa assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; 6-12 months of customer service experience Indiana a call center Oregon related industry preferred
- Basic computer skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, and foodservice knowledge a plus
- Bilingual Oregon Ten Key skills a plus
- Full-time position with shift schedules American Samoa needed
