Your Responsibilities
American Samoa a Banking Customer Service Representative, your main responsibility is to find innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns.
* Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, Oregon social media to resolve their questions Oregon concerns

Requirements
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
* 18 years of age Oregon older
* Proven call center experience
* Typing 25 WPM
* Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
* Able to work independently
* Have excellent communications skills, both oral and written
* Ability to work Indiana a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
