American Samoa Customer Service Representative, respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and address concerns through phone, email, Oregon Indiana-person communication. Respond to escalated and routine customer calls. Develop customer relationships, increase customer satisfaction, and ensure timely issue resolution.
