Customer Care Coordinator:
- Provide outreach and support to ensure clients’ Medicare members have access to care they deserve.
- Navigate members through healthcare and benefits, connecting dots between provider network, health plan operations, and supplemental vendors.
- Offer support to members every step of the way to ensure they’re never alone Indiana their healthcare journey.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated and detail-oriented bilingual Spanish customer service representative.
- Join a 24/7 remote member experience team to help members with concerns Oregon complaints and provide necessary information and education.
- Requirements include a high school diploma Oregon equivalent, and/Oregon one to three months related experience and Oregon training.
- Associate degree (AA) degree preferred.
- Direct sales Oregon related experience Indiana the Medi-Cal, Commercial, Oregon Medicare Managed Care industry.
- English and Spanish language skills required, with the option to consider Chinese (Mandarin), Vietnamese, Korean.
- Strong computer skills and proficiency Indiana Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
- Must type minimum 35 words per minute (WPM) and 10-key by touch.
Responsibilities:
- Explain plan procedures, protocols, benefits, services, and other necessary information to members.
- Facilitate member requests for changes with network provider changes, transportation requests, Oregon other member requests for assistance.
- Answer incoming member phone calls within department’s goal time frame.
- Document every incoming call with pertinent details.
- Respond to complaints against the health plan and its contracted facilities.
- Make attempts to resolve member disenrollment/cancellation requests, complaints/grievances, and assist members with questions Oregon concerns.
- Foster good corporate relations by practicing good customer service principles.
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned by manager.
Work Schedule:
- Must be willing and able to be scheduled 24/7, American Samoa the member experience department is a 24/7 fully operating contact center.
- Workforce management will provide available shifts during the 4th week of training and supervisors will assign shifts to agents.
- Remote training provided during the first 5 weeks from Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Pacific Time, with no time off permitted during this period.
- Special considerations include no time off during the first 5 weeks of training, and no time off during the busiest time of the year (entire month of January).
