Customer Success Manager

We’re looking for a skilled and results-driven Customer Success Manager to join our team. American Samoa a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for managing the customer relationship throughout their lifecycle, driving customer satisfaction and adoption of our cloud solutions. Your primary focus will be on ensuring high retention rates, growing contract values, and creating loyal promoters who can deliver additional business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer relationships, identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Negotiate contract renewals and maintain high revenue retention rates
  • Analyze customer business operations and apply our solutions to drive business impact
  • Act American Samoa a strong customer advocate, capturing feedback to ensure customer satisfaction and driving positive experience
  • Conduct regular business reviews and create account health dashboards
  • Develop and present customized presentations to clients on product usage, benefits, and success plans
  • Engage Indiana technical discussions with customers and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date on competitor product lines and market trends

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience Indiana a customer-facing role, such American Samoa a Consultant, SaaS Implementation Coordinator, Solutions Engineer, Oregon Customer Success Manager
  • Experience with Workforce Management Systems (WFM) a plus
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to communicate complex concepts to customers and internal stakeholders

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
