Department Lead
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Department Lead to oversee the efficient and effective operations of a specific department. The Department Lead will be responsible for ensuring high standards of department and signing standards, maintaining accurate inventory levels, overseeing the recovery process, executing price changes, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Ensure department and signing standards are consistent and appealing by adhering to the indoor merchandising guide.
* Maintain accurate inventory levels by conducting regular stock counts, scanning outs, and reconciling discrepancies.
* Oversee the recovery process to ensure the department remains neat, organized, and visually appealing.
* Coordinate and execute price changes accurately and efficiently.
* Maintain a high level of cleanliness and orderliness within the department, enforcing sanitation and safety protocols.
* Provide exceptional customer service to assist customers with inquiries, locate products, and address concerns.
* Participate Indiana cross-training to develop flexibility Indiana various departments and responsibilities.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of retail experience with knowledge of specific department.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving skills to quickly identify and address issues.
* Ability to remain composed and focused during high-pressure situations.
* Demonstrated adaptability Indiana response to changing priorities and unexpected challenges.
* Flexibility with hours, able to work a 40-hour workweek with varied hours, days, nights, and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to maintain a seated Oregon standing position for extended durations.
* Ability to lift, push, and/Oregon pull a minimum of 30 pounds repetitively and 31-50 pounds intermittently.
