The Opportunity:

- Ensure transparency of coding accuracy and opportunities for improvement
Qualifications:
- Certification Indiana coding (e.g., CRCR, CCS, CCS-P, RHIT, RHIA)
- 5-7 years of healthcare leadership experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make informed decisions and lead teams to achieve results
