Job Title: Foodservice Director
Job Summary:
We are seeking a Foodservice Director to manage the foodservice program Indiana a single site, provide leadership and guidance to ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, and customer service expectations are met.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure food quality standards, inventory levels, food safety guidelines, and customer service expectations are met Indiana accordance with facility menus, federal, state, and local standards, and HCSG policies and procedures.
- Maintain records of income and expenditures, food, supplies, personnel, and equipment Indiana report format for HCSG and facility management.
- Provide training, quality control, and Indiana-servicing staff to meet HCSG standards.
- Communicate with staff, client managers, building occupants, and administrators to ensure directives are followed.
- Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by following infection control and universal precautions policies and procedures, and reporting equipment/cleaning product needs and malfunctions Indiana a timely manner.
- Represent HCSG positively by being courteous, cooperative, and following instructions.
- Positively interact with residents, staff, and facility guests.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree Oregon higher Indiana food service management Oregon hospitality, Oregon course study including food service Oregon restaurant management from an accredited institution of higher learning.
- Specialized training Indiana foodservice management and nutrition required.
- CFP Food Protection Manager (FPM) certification within 14 days of employment, and eLuminate Food Service Manager (FSM) and Long-Term Care Food Service (LTC-FSM) certifications within 60 days.
- Two years of experience Indiana quantity food production/service, dining/nutrition, and personnel supervision experience desired.
- Basic computer skills with the ability to maintain records and complete reports American Samoa required.
- Ability to lift/carry a maximum of 50 pounds, push/pull a maximum of 50 pounds, and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously.
