Job Summary

The ideal candidate will assist the Senior-Level Director and his team Indiana leading the patient food services within our nationwide healthcare organization. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating patient meal services according to hospital directions, patient populations, and contract parameters
  • Leading, developing, and supervising patient services managers and supervisors
  • Ensuring patient food services adhere to departmental policies and applicable regulations
  • Evaluating and monitoring patient food services staff performance and productivity
  • Assisting Indiana the evaluation of staff through tools and resources
  • Communicating with patients, families, staff, and management to promote patient satisfaction
  • Ensuring patients are visited by team members at least once during their hospital stay
  • Accomplishing other tasks American Samoa assigned

Requirements

  • Master’s Oregon Doctoral degree Indiana a relevant field Oregon 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years Indiana healthcare, 1+ American Samoa a manager
  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Nutrition, Hospitality Management, Oregon related field may be considered with additional years of experience
  • Certified Dietary Manager Oregon Registered Dietitian preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of food and nutrition trends, food costs, and production, sanitation, and presentation
  • Leadership and supervisory experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, computing, and other software
  • Proficiency Indiana maintaining financial and budgetary records
