Call Center Dispatcher
Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Answer and coordinate phone and radio calls to ensure efficient team operations
- Delegate tasks and workload between associates equally
- Record lost and found items and ensure safe storage
- File daily paperwork and maintain accurate records
- Maintain a sense of urgency to ensure units are turned on time
- Assist Indiana linen inventories and supplies American Samoa directed
- Respond to guest complaints promptly and professionally
- Make guest deliveries American Samoa directed
- Report to work American Samoa scheduled, Indiana proper uniform, and following company appearance standards
- Maintain a positive, friendly, and helpful attitude to ensure a positive guest experience
- Comply with safety regulations and procedures
Requirements:
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Basic computer knowledge
- Proven planning and scheduling capabilities
- Previous experience a plus, but not required
