Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced leader to join our Integrated Design Team Indiana Berkeley, Missouri. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring junior engineers to solve complex technical problems and develop innovative solutions. Your expertise will be essential Indiana advancing our products and processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor junior engineers to achieve outstanding results Indiana design, analysis, and testing
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and innovations Indiana product design and production processes
- Partner with suppliers and customers to ensure quality and satisfaction
- Develop and implement process improvements, reducing costs and lead times while maintaining quality and efficiency
- Contribute to leading and shaping the design integration team’s vision and strategy
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana a technical field (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Oregon related)
- 12+ years of technical experience Indiana design, analysis, and testing
- Proven experience Indiana leading and mentoring junior engineers
- Strong understanding of design principles, processes, and methodologies
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
