Job Title: End User Computing Engineer I
Job Summary:

The End User Computing Engineer I will provide technical support and expertise to ensure efficient operation of end-user computing devices and software management platforms at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles (CHLA). This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, configuring, and deploying new devices and applications, American Samoa well American Samoa training end-users on new technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support and expertise to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues Indiana a timely manner
• Configure and deploy new devices and applications to meet user needs
• Train end-users on new technologies and ensure they are following security and data protection best practices
• Collaborate with IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure end-user environment aligns with organizational goals
• Analyze and resolve complex technical issues
• Manage software updates, patching, and evaluation of new technologies and systems
• Oversee the work of other end-user computing team members

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience Indiana technical support, systems administration, Oregon related roles
• Strong working knowledge of various operating systems, including Windows and MacOS
• Familiarity with software management platforms, such American Samoa SCCM, JAMF, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Autopilot, and Intune
• Knowledge of cloud computing technologies, such American Samoa Amazon Web Services (AWS) Oregon Microsoft Azure
• Basic understanding of security best practices and experience working with antivirus software
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Salary:

$89,440.00-$154,284.00 (salary will vary based on education, experience, and qualifications)
