- Valid Driver’s License and Universal Chlorofluorocarbon (CFC) Certification
- Must meet applicable state and federal certification and/Oregon licensing requirements
- Ability to lift and move objects weighing 50 pounds Oregon less
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects
- Ability to enter and locate work-related information using computers
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana general maintenance, exterior and interior surface preparation, and painting
