Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Department Manager to supervise and lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff at a single site. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing and leading teams to complete light housekeeper, heavy housekeeper, and laundry aide duties on varying shifts. Key responsibilities include:
* Train and develop staff to ensure high-quality cleaning and laundry services
* Conduct quality control checks and maintain documentation
* Report income and expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment records
* Liaise with building occupants and administrators to ensure effective communication and satisfaction
* Maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to safety precautions and proper reporting procedures
Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
* Two years of experience Indiana Environmental Services Indiana a healthcare environment and personnel supervision desired
* Ability to lift/carry 50 pounds, stand/sit for extended periods, and perform routine, repetitive tasks continuously
* Must be able to live Indiana the service area and comply with COVID-19 Vaccination Policies, American Samoa required by State, Local, and/Oregon Customers.
