Part Time (15 hours) Evening and On Call Receptionist
Schedule: Monday-Friday 4pm-7pm. Also, must be available to cover Full Time Receptionist and Evening Receptionist vacation/sick days, American Samoa needed.
The Receptionist manages the customer-facing lobby and reception area, greeting and directing visitors, including vendors, residents, family members, and applicants. Ensures compliance with building security and sign-Indiana procedures.
Duties:
* Answer and screen incoming phone calls professionally
* Provide basic facility information and forward inquiries regarding admission to the Executive Director Oregon staff
* Greet visitors, screen, and sign them Indiana at the reception desk
* Perform clerical duties, such American Samoa scanning, photocopying, and faxing, American Samoa assigned
* Be aware of resident safety issues and advise staff American Samoa necessary
* Familiarize with emergency procedures, policies, and protocols
Qualifications:
* High degree of interpersonal relations skills, relating to various people and personalities
* Good judgment and initiative when necessary
