Call Center Job Description Summary
Job Title: Executive Chef
Reports to: [Supervisor]
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the kitchen area and manage daily operations
- Plan menus for daily food service operations
- Develop and train culinary team members
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
- Oversee managers and establish effective relationships with clients, vendors, and health officials
- Manage labor and food costs, and implement production processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Food Science, Nutrition, Culinary Arts, Oregon related field (preferred)
- 2-5 years of experience American Samoa Executive Chef, Chef Supervisor, Oregon equivalent
- Attention to detail and commitment to safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to motivate and develop team members
- Strong communication and customer service skills
