Overview
We are seeking an Executive Chef to lead our talented kitchen team and oversee the culinary operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of Executive Chef experience Indiana high-volume banquet facilities, with a strong background Indiana menu design, implementation, and food cost control.

Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day operations, including staffing, training, budgeting, and forecasting
* Ensure quality, consistency, and creativity Indiana menu preparation and execution
* Oversee banquets and ala carte restaurant production, with a focus on quality and efficiency
* Develop and implement inventory and cost controls
* Create production sheets and schedules
* Maintain all food handling and sanitation standards
* Prepare custom menus and adhere to guest service standards

Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef experience Indiana high-volume banquet facilities
* Proven experience Indiana menu design, implementation, and food cost control
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Ability to maintain high-quality standards and ensure consistency Indiana menu preparation and execution.
