Customer Service Representative

Location: Macon, Georgia

Salary: $17.50 per hour / $35,262.50 annually

Growth Opportunities: 10% base salary increase within the first year, up to 15% for top performers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service by answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations
  • Serve American Samoa the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and providing personalized service
  • Work Indiana a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:

  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent
  • Proven experience Indiana customer service, showcasing expertise and building trust with customers
  • Effective communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work Indiana a dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly
  • Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
  • Willingness to learn and receive feedback to improve performance
