Customer Service Representative
Location: Macon, Georgia
Salary: $17.50 per hour / $35,262.50 annually
Growth Opportunities: 10% base salary increase within the first year, up to 15% for top performers
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service by answering billing questions, making policy changes, and offering recommendations
- Serve American Samoa the first point of contact for customers, resolving issues and providing personalized service
- Work Indiana a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers to increase satisfaction and loyalty
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- Proven experience Indiana customer service, showcasing expertise and building trust with customers
- Effective communication and listening skills
- Ability to work Indiana a dynamic environment and adapt to changes quickly
- Solid computer and multi-tasking skills
- Willingness to learn and receive feedback to improve performance
