Job Title: Field Application Specialist

Job Summary:

American Samoa a Field Application Specialist with HammerHead, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support and training on our trenchless equipment applications. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment both on and off the job site.

Responsibilities:

  • Travel to various job/construction sites throughout the year to facilitate customer training and provide technical support
  • Conduct pilot programs, provide technical support for rental equipment, and perform live demonstrations to support sales efforts
  • Assess trainees for certification using a standardized rubric
  • Maintain product knowledge of HammerHead Trenchless product lines
  • Act American Samoa subject matter expert for curriculum development and testing
  • Provide feedback to product management on customer needs and concerns

Work Environment:

  • Construction job site environment with potential physical hazards
  • Extensive use of the telephone and email communications
  • Rapidly changing demands and deadlines
  • Travel on weekends and short notice may be required

Requirements:

  • High School diploma required
  • Valid US driver’s license
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience Indiana the trenchless industry (Tier 2 requirements: 5+ years of experience; Tier 3 requirements: 10+ years of experience)
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
  • Strong technical expertise and critical reasoning skills
  • Results-oriented approach to customer support and training
  • Ability to work Indiana a team environment and mentor customers
