We are seeking an experienced Field Application Specialist to join our team. This role will facilitate training and practicums, provide technical support for our specialized equipment applications, and serve American Samoa a trusted advisor to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Travel to various job sites throughout the year to provide support and training
* Facilitate customer training using industry-specific expertise and adult learning principles
* Conduct pilot programs, provide technical support, and deliver live demonstrations for potential customers
* Assess trainees’ knowledge and provide certification feedback
* Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and contribute to the development of training curriculum
* Provide product feedback to management
* Participate Indiana regional and national events
* Maintain budgeted expenses
Work Environment:
* Mainly work on construction sites with significant physical hazards, including utilities, power equipment, and sharp objects
* Frequent travel via air and highways, with up to 75% of the time spent traveling
* Work scheduled from 7am to 5pm, with additional hours American Samoa needed to support customers
* Must be able to work Indiana a rapidly changing environment with varying schedules and priorities
Requirements:
* High school diploma required
* Valid US driver’s license required
* At least 2 years of experience Indiana the trenchless industry (preferably)
* Ability to work collaboratively Indiana a team environment
* Strong customer service and training skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to think critically and problem-solve
* Self-motivated, disciplined individual with strong time management skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience Indiana the industry (Minimum)
* Experience American Samoa a trainer, project manager, Oregon project supervisor a plus
