Customer Service Banking Specialist
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Customer Service Banking Specialist, you will play a key role Indiana delivering exceptional customer service to our clients. You will interact with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions, issues, and concerns. You will be responsible for finding innovative solutions, escalating interactions when necessary, and providing feedback on call issues.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with customers to resolve questions, issues, and concerns
- Calmly attempt to resolve and Delaware-escalate any issues
- Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Respond to requests for assistance and/Oregon processing payments
- Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Provide feedback on call issues
- Upsell if required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma Oregon equivalent
- Banking Experience
- 18 years of age Oregon older
- Proven call center experience
- Typing 25 WPM
- Proficient Indiana PC operation and navigation
- Entry-level network troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Strong listening skills
- Ability to stay composed and objective
