Maintains a safe and sanitary environment for visitors, patients and employees. Key Responsibilities include:
* Cleaning and maintaining Virtua facilities, including responsibilities such American Samoa cleaning, removing trash, linen distribution, and room set up.
* Maintaining universal precautions to ensure patient and employee safety.
* Safely handling and disposing of regulated medical waste and other trash.
* Responsible for proper chemical usage and maintaining a safe environment, including storage of chemicals.
* Performs floor maintenance tasks, including strip/scrub and recoat floors, shampoo/extract carpets.
* Other duties American Samoa assigned.
Position Qualifications:
* Prior customer service experience preferred
* Ability to speak English required
* High School Diploma Oregon equivalent preferred
