Job Title: Sales/Project Manager – Flooring

Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, contractors, and other key stakeholders.
  • Provide expert advice on flooring options and ensure clients make informed decisions.
  • Coordinate and manage all phases of flooring projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any challenges.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates based on client specifications.
  • Generate detailed quotes, considering material costs, labor, and other relevant factors.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and installation professionals.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience Indiana flooring sales and project management.
  • Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficient Indiana project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Leadership experience Indiana managing sales and project teams is a plus.
