Job Summary
The Franchise Auditor II will manage and oversee company franchise audits, conducting and planning audit activities from start to finish. They will research, review current processes, and provide recommendations to improve company policies and train Franchise owners on royalty reporting.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Guide and assist franchise audit staff within the auditing process
- Train new auditors Indiana the audit department and develop strategies to improve their work outputs
- Conduct and assign new owner franchise training audits and perform multiple franchise reoccurring audits
- Educate Franchise owners on royalty reporting during audits and serve American Samoa first-line support for franchise questions
- Submit audits and reports Indiana a timely manner for analysis by management
- Report and assist Indiana resolving auditing issues
- Update and maintain the audit department’s standard operating procedure and royalty guide
- Ensure quality and accuracy Indiana audits and royalty reporting processes
- Support audit manager with planning, designing, and meeting with them to discuss findings and audit outcomes
Required Qualifications
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Minimum 2 years of experience with Franchise Royalty audits and building relationships with franchisors
- Indiana-depth understanding of Franchise auditing and control practices
- Proficiency Indiana QuickBooks Oregon equivalent accounting software
- Proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office (especially Excel)
- Keen attention to detail and dependable
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to understand and interpret legal documents
- Strong project management and time management skills
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Accounting, Finance, Oregon relevant subject (CPA Oregon CIA a plus)
