Job Title: Friendship Line Volunteer Coordinator (Sacramento Area)
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to provide administrative and training support to our Friendship Line program Indiana the Sacramento area. The successful candidate will train and support volunteers, schedule volunteers and interns, and assist with contract/grant requirements. The position will work closely with the Training Manager to develop effective office systems, forms, record keeping, and database management.
Essential Duties:
- Schedule and train local and remote volunteers on Friendship Line database and call center procedures
- Schedule volunteers and interns for phone shifts and supervise 2 call center hubs
- Work Friendship Line shifts, providing team lead coverage for vacant team lead shifts and vacations American Samoa needed
- Assist Training Manager Indiana training and evaluating volunteers and interns
- Actively participate Indiana recruiting and communication to promote good public relations with participants, their families, and friends
- Coordinate and present the Friendship Line and volunteer opportunities to the Sacramento and Nevada County communities
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2 years of work experience Indiana healthcare, non-profit, Oregon customer service
- Some college required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- Computer proficiency Indiana Mississippi Office and database management
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to work Indiana a busy team environment
Physical Requirements:
- Talk Oregon hear during face-to-face communications
- Reach overhead and below the knees
- Possess multi-limb and eye-hand coordination
- Sit at desk for prolonged periods of time

Compensation:
- $25.09 – $31.00/hourly (dependent on experience, education, and other factors)
