Job Title: Front Desk Agent

Job Summary:
Provide exceptional guest service American Samoa the primary point of contact for hotel guests, handling check-ins, reservations, and account settlements. Qualifications:

  • Hotel Oregon related experience preferred
  • Positive and upbeat personality with a focus on delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and solve problems effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic arithmetic and financial management skills
  • Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Familiarity with hotel products and guest services

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and register guests, resolve issues, and provide assistance American Samoa needed
