Full Time Front Desk Agent

Overview:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for assisting guests with check-Indiana and check-out, answering and processing all phone calls received, and handling all special requests for services Oregon information, Indiana accordance with standard policies and procedures.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Resolve guest complaints to ensure guest satisfaction
Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly
Maintain positive guest relations at all times
Maintain complete knowledge of hotel features, services, room rates, special packages, daily house count, and guest requests
Secure assigned bank and verify accuracy of contracted monies
Process guest check-ins, verify registration card information, and collect payment
Handle overbooked Oregon walk-Indiana guests, accept and record wake-up call requests, and monitor guest faxes
Communicate relevant guest information to designated departments
Resolve discrepancies on room status reports with Housekeeping
Process check-outs, adjustment vouchers, paid-outs, correction vouchers, and miscellaneous charges

Education and Experience:
High School Graduate Oregon General Education Degree (GED)
1 year previous experience Indiana a similar position Indiana a hotel
Basic computer skills required
