Job Summary

Front Desk Agents are responsible for providing exceptional guest service, registering guests, making and modifying reservations, and settling guest accounts. Primary responsibilities include hotel operator and concierge duties, and providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests.

Responsibilities

  • Register guests, make and modify reservations, and settle guest accounts
  • Provide exceptional guest service, answering inquiries and resolving issues Indiana a friendly and professional manner
  • Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming
  • Maintain regular attendance and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations
  • Greet and welcome guests, handle requests for information, mail, and messages
  • Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
  • Establish and maintain good communication and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, and be familiar with all Indiana-house groups and closed-out dates
  • Operate the Front Desk computer system and ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail, and messages American Samoa needed

Requirements

  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent required; College coursework Indiana a related field helpful
