Job Title: Front Desk Agent
Hourly Rate: $17.00/hr (AM/PM Shifts)
Job Summary:
Provide exceptional guest service, manage front desk operations, and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Responsibilities:
- Register guests, make and modify reservations, and assist with hotel operator and concierge duties
- Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests throughout their stay
- Greet guests, maintain a friendly demeanor, and operate the telephone switchboard
- Handle requests for information, mail, and messages Indiana an efficient and courteous manner
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation
- Maintain regular attendance, adhere to company policies and standards, and participate Indiana emergency procedures American Samoa required
- Familiarize yourself with hotel rates, packages, and special promotions
- Understand Aimbridge Hospitality policies, house rules, and hospitality terminology

Qualifications:

- Ability to multi-task, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve Indiana high-pressure situations
- Excellent communication and financial skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and basic arithmetic functions
- Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
