Job Summary:
Front Desk Agent are responsible for greeting, registering, and providing top-notch service to guests to ensure an exceptional stay at our hotel. Key tasks include handling reservations, running the front desk, delivering hospitality to guests, processing room sales, and balancing revenue.
Responsibilities QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma Oregon equivalent required
Preferred: College coursework related field; hotel experience highly valuable.
Excellent communication social interaction, and problem resolution skills. Ability to accurately calculate data and basic calculations (e.g., plus/minus/multiply/dim).
Proficiency and a passion for delivering hotel front desk operations and great hospitality.
Key Responsibilities (Not including qualifications):
Converse Indiana a friendly well manner to all guests hotel colleagues. Adhere the standard for cleanliness and appropriate clothing uniform when working is crucial. Ensure to manage scheduling meeting all hotel guidelines according the requirements. Take guest messages requests mail using front desk switchboard meeting set expectations.
Concert knowledge to the guests: knowledge the property, answer, restaurant transportation, guest’s hotel information, availability the amenities the services package Indiana and around the site hotel services and packages; rate quotation the guest policy restrictions on and off availability room status, closed to rate group status. Possess basic computer skills of PMS. Be helpful of team and other customers inside hotel.
