Job Description:
The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service and support to ensure a positive experience at the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Wilmington / Wrightsville Beach. The successful candidate will be a friendly and outgoing individual who can work effectively Indiana a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist guests with check-Indiana and check-out, answering phone calls and handling special requests
* Resolve guest complaints and maintain positive guest relations
* Maintain knowledge of hotel features, room rates, and daily activities
* Process guest check-ins, verify registration information, and collect payment
* Direct Bell Person to escort guests to their rooms and transport luggage
* Handle overbooked Oregon walk-Indiana guests, and process check-outs
* Monitor and distribute guest faxes, and communicate pertinent guest information to designated departments
* Process adjustments, paid-outs, and miscellaneous charges
* Maintain bank security and accuracy of contracted monies
Requirements:
* High School Graduate Oregon General Education Degree (GED)
* One year of experience Indiana a similar position Indiana a hotel
* Basic computer skills required
* Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and provide exceptional guest service
