Front Desk Coordinator

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional demeanor
* Manage client inquiries Indiana person, over the phone, and via email
* Schedule appointments and coordinate with healthcare professionals
* Maintain accurate client records and update information American Samoa needed
* Assist with insurance verification and authorization processes
* Collect Colorado-payments and fees for services
* Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area
