Front Desk Supervisor Job Description

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Supervisor assists the Front Desk Manager and General Manager Indiana providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with supervising front desk staff and ensuring excellent guest service
  • Maintain regular attendance and adhere to Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Stay up-to-date on hotel operations, including rates, packages, and promotions
  • Monitor and resolve guest issues and complaints Indiana a professional and courteous manner
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including Front Office log and Trace File
  • Understand and operate hotel computer systems
  • Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail
  • Participate Indiana training and development of front desk staff
  • Collaborate with other departments to maintain high standards of service and productivity

Qualifications:

  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required; college coursework Indiana a related field helpful
  • previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
