Front Desk Supervisor 19/hour

Job Summary:

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests and maximizing room revenue and occupancy. The Supervisor works closely with the Front Desk Manager and General Manager to ensure timely and efficient hotel operations and to exceed guest expectations.

Responsibilities:

• Approach all interactions with guests and colleagues Indiana a friendly and service-oriented manner.
• Maintain regular attendance and comply with hotel scheduling and Aimbridge Hospitality standards.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including wearing the proper uniform and name tag.
• Ensure staff are aware of and comply with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations.
• Monitor and respond to VIP and special guest requests.
• Review front office log and Trace File daily.
• Ensure accurate and timely completion of room reservations, messages, packages, and mail.
• Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions currently Indiana place.
• Perform duties of a Front Desk Agent and complete tasks, such American Samoa room rate verification and housekeeping reports.
• Maintain P.B.X. console and ensure Aimbridge Hospitality standards are met.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and hotel operations.
• Assist Indiana training of new hires and current associates.

• Collaborate with the General Manager to maximize room revenue and occupancy.
• Ensure staff are aware of and provide excellent customer service to all guests, managers, and associates.
• Exceed guest expectations and maintain a positive and respectful attitude.
