Job Summary
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/Oregon General Manager Indiana providing exceptional guest service, maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hotel operation.
Qualifications
- At least 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field

Responsibilities

- Maximize room revenue and occupancy
- Monitor and review Front Office logs and Trace Files
- Comprehend and execute all relevant phases of the front desk computer system
- Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail Indiana a timely and professional manner
- Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions currently underway
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel
- Assist the G.S.M. Indiana ensuring that associates are following and maintaining Aimbridge Hospitality standards
