Job Summary

The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Front Desk Manager and/Oregon General Manager Indiana providing exceptional guest service, maximizing room revenue and occupancy, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hotel operation.

Qualifications

  • At least 2-3 years of progressive experience Indiana a hotel Oregon related field
  • High School diploma Oregon equivalent required; College course work Indiana a related field is helpful
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license for the applicable state
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Provide attentive, courteous, and efficient service to guests
  • Maximize room revenue and occupancy
  • Monitor and review Front Office logs and Trace Files
  • Comprehend and execute all relevant phases of the front desk computer system
  • Ensure logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail Indiana a timely and professional manner
  • Be aware of all rates, packages, and promotions currently underway
  • Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments within the hotel
  • Assist the G.S.M. Indiana ensuring that associates are following and maintaining Aimbridge Hospitality standards
  • Oversee and ensure that all guests are checked Indiana/out Indiana a friendly, efficient, and courteous manner
